All companies with workplaces in Spain that contribute to Vocational Training can benefit from this system, regardless of their size or sector. Companies in bankruptcy proceedings or with exemptions in their employer contributions can also benefit, provided they are up to date with the Tax Agency and Social Security.

Obligations of companies receiving subsidies

To correctly apply the bonuses, the company must comply with these obligations:

  • Free training for workers: no costs can be borne by them.

  • Separate accounting: identifying expenses and bonuses in a specific account.

  • Commissioning contract: when management is delegated to an external entity, this contract must be signed.

  • Documentary custody: maintain the supporting documentation for 4 years.

  • Collaboration in inspections: facilitating the control and monitoring of the Administration.

  • Communication of corporate changes: inform FUNDAE of changes in the company or in the legal representation.
