Subsidized training for workers: requirements and opportunities
At DEGIR Consulting, we also support employees who want to enhance their professional profile through subsidized training. Our goal is to help you understand how you can access subsidized courses through your company and ensure the process is carried out correctly so you can benefit without complications.
Who can benefit from subsidized training?
Subsidized training is aimed at all employed workers belonging to companies with workplaces in the state territory and who contribute to the Vocational Training contingency.
The beneficiaries include:
Active workers, regardless of the sector or size of the company.
Fixed-term intermittent workers during periods of non-occupation.
People who become unemployed during training (provided they complete at least 75% of the course).
Employees affected by ERTE during periods of suspension of employment.
Workers abroad, provided they are linked to companies based in Spain.
Employees of public entities not covered by INAP agreements.
People with work disabilities, even if the company is exempt from paying social security contributions.
Special cases:
In situations of leave of absence for childcare, care of family members or public office: training can be subsidized during the first year.
In cases of voluntary leave of absence: subsidized training cannot be accessed.
All training may be eligible for funding.

At DEGIR Consulting we analyze the training that interests you and help you check if it is eligible for funding.
We contacted the center that provides the course and verified that it meets all the requirements before starting any procedures.
Taught by any training center
If a training center offers the course you're looking for but they don't handle the funding application, count on us.Taught by your own peers
If the best instructors are within your own company, you should know that any internal training your company provides can be subsidized. We'll arrange it for you.
