AutoSignature
If you need to carry out procedures at FUNDAE, in addition to having a valid digital certificate, you must have the official AutoFirma application installed, developed by the Public Administration.
You can download the version corresponding to your operating system from the Electronic Administration Portal . Once downloaded, simply install it to be able to sign documents both on FUNDAE and on other official platforms.

You can easily verify this:
Press the Windows + Pause keys and locate the “System type” section.
You can also right-click on “This PC” and select “Properties”.
Another option: Press Windows + R, type cmd, and in the console type: wmic os get osarchitecture. Press Enter and you will see the data directly.
Digital certificate
Access to the online application is through a digital certificate. This certificate can be that of the company or of an individual authorized by the company. Digital certificates are issued by the Spanish Royal Mint (FNMT) . They are very easy for individuals to obtain and more complicated for legal entities. This is an area for improvement by the FNMT. It would undoubtedly have a positive impact on the management of FUNDAE-funded training.
